Abstract

Assisted reproductive techniques have generated much controversy and different opinions around the world. The current issue is that many countries do not have clear and detailed information about these procedures, and simultaneously they do not have legal, economic, and political instruments to carry. Matters in which Bioethics as science can give us a guide broader and more complete explanation framework, it is crucial to highlight the problems involved for using ART on the distinct international legislation, such as the priority and the warranties that must be offered to the individuals born under the employment of the ART with respect to you legitimate right to know your biological history and genetic origin.
