The Virtual Office of Social Work (CVTS) is conceived as a space of interaction from the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) that responds to the needs of psychosocial attention to students and graduates of the Social Work program of the Rafael Núñez University Corporation. On the theoretical basis of the same conceive authors like Michael White and review how Narrative Therapy for therapeutic purposes outlines ideas that allow us to approach the multiple interpretations that we must do in the conjugation of ideas that arrive with each attention in a space mediated by the virtuality, and where the process of attention is not given in the "face to face", but in what the philosopher Alfred Korzybsky (1897-1950) called the relationship between the territory and the map, which in our case translates into what I think and what I say (or write), and is interpreted by whoever acts as a receiver of my message.
