Abstract

For decades, society has faced various geopolitical conflicts, which are related to the conception of good or evil in humanity, and the way in which justice is implemented in it. Likewise, different doctrines have been debated on the true meaning of a just society; some of them consist of the use of reason, the use of rational arguments for the study of dilemmas or moral conflicts that may arise, and so on. Likewise, emphasis is placed on legal research, with the purpose of studying in detail the factors that influence the rules that govern a given society and to determine whether they are really fair for the individuals who live in that social environment.

This research is justified in the analysis of the existence of the different standards of justice, applying legal research, because it plays a fundamental role nowadays, since it is a tool that allows a study of the norms that govern a certain society. In this research, a hermeneutic paradigm is used, qualitative method, inductive approach, presenting a documentary type of research and with secondary sources of information.

In conclusion, it is determined that legal research allows establishing the due standards of justice in a society.
