Abstract

Human security is a problem that hurts society, however, it does it daily and sometimes prefers indifference and silence towards the subject. In the review made of scientific articles on the issue in recent years, the factors that cause child abuse are found, such as: the family itself, economic issues, alcoholism, etc., by parents or guardians and how causes the main vulnerabilities of children's rights.

That is why it is implemented as a general objective, to propose the elements of a culture of peace and human security such as knowledge of Human Rights and resilience to reduce violence in minors; on the other hand, there are also 2 (two) specific objectives, raised in the introduction. This article is justified every time it looks at the lack of social commitment on the part of governments, which continues to pose a serious threat to the development of human security, specifically in the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16 and the scarce comparative research work between the countries of Mexico and Colombia. A quantitative methodological approach was applied, including the review of scientific articles for the state of the art. An instrument was built for the survey technique through the SPSS program, thus remaining with a degree of reliability of Cronbach's Alpha .930. To conclude, the verification of the hypothesis is null, in both countries Human Security is not given to minors.
