Abstract

The autonomy of disciplinary law, establishing the use of external parameters and thIn the development of this article it seeks to carry out a critical analysis of the guilty criteria and their systematic application fromeir exines as auxiliary sources. From other exogenous analyzes, the nature of the normative order will be reviewed from the scope and the new independence criteria granted through the new general disciplinary code, law 1952 of 2019.
