Abstract

Violence has reached the schoolroom as verbal aggression or physical, as the attempt to impose the views of everyone without respect for the Rights of Others, which according the books, implications there are three factors leading to aggression: Goals interference, criticism and injustice. This explains why the aggression has as background emotional student base upbringing, self-concept and resilience thereof. The latter defined as resistance to hold and create jointly or as the aim of achieving v Overcoming Situations and succeed. That is why inquiring about Student Resilient can be propose in an emotional Education Management Situations and deliver, tools Students for their adaptability to situations.
