Our country, being a Social State of Law, is in constant evolution with respect to the recognition without discrimination of all rights, guaranteeing the principles of equality and solidarity framed, protected and recognized universally and constitutionally.In this context, the social legal ecosystem plays a fundamental role in the transformation of citizen culture and the resolution of social conflicts. Therefore, this research project aims to analyze the influence of the social legal ecosystem as a tool for transforming citizen culture for conflict resolution in the Department of Bolívar, in order to understand its impact on the promotion of justice and equality in the region.
