The external evaluation: a look at the liquid fuel service stations of the city of Ocaña, Colombia

This paper aims to present some of the results obtained in the project entitled "Strategic proposal for the service stations of the city of Ocaña, as a competitive advantage for the retail sector of liquid fuels, legally constituted", is oriented in the external key forces of the general environment and the influence that these aspects have on the development of the commercial activity of the Ocaña service stations. The methodology used was based on a qualitative study through the application of individual interviews and participant observation, this allowed the collection of information, analysis and presentation of results, in which the reality of the external evaluation was evidenced. which was derived to diagnosis of the environment where the service stations are part of the economic sector object of study are performed.
