This paper provides a systematic literature review focused on demonstrating how artificial intelligence (AI) influences and contributes positively to the business environment. To achieve this objective, a comprehensive analysis of data collected from the renowned Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases over a period of six years was conducted. Using a scientometric analysis methodology broken down into five key stages-information retrieval, data migration, in-depth analysis, data visualization and interpretation of results-this study analyzed a total of 1,318 publications. Through this meticulous process, we were able to answer the previously established research questions, demonstrating with concrete evidence the positive impacts and advantages that the application of AI has in business environments.
