This research focused on the systematization model of pedagogical experiences presents a qualitative analysis of the design and implementation of the Virtual Unilibrista Chair of the Free University, started in 2018 as a pilot project in response to the modernization projections of the University and the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the National Accreditation Council. This research focuses on the qualitative paradigm, seeking to deeply understand and analyze experiences and perceptions through a systematization model of pedagogical experiences. The management strategy focuses on integrating virtualization into the university curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods, including the use of the Moodle platform and techniques such as the Flipped Classroom, to offer student-centered learning. With modules ranging from the history of the university to its institutional principles, the chair not only facilitates deep understanding and identification with the institution among students, but also establishes a model for the implementation of future virtual courses. It is concluded that there is a positive impact on the democratization and dynamization of access to higher education.
