The purpose of this research was to describe the management of organizational change from the participation of members of educational institutions. The research was descriptive with a field design, not experimental transectional. The population was made up of 5 managers and 43 teachers from educational institutions. As a result, it was observed, among others, that managers almost always recognize their work, assume their own beliefs to learn and face changes, trusting in their abilities to carry out activities in the institution. It was concluded that in the institutions studied an adequate organizational change management is carried out, where the members participate in a manner according to the needs required in the organizational process.
