When we hear of Innovation, usually we associate the term with technology and believe that an innovative company is one that has the latest technology. Similarly, when we hear about technology, we think of equipment, machinery, software, plastics, light metals, robots,
artificial intelligence, etc.
However, innovation does not refer only to technology and technology not only refers to equipment, machinery or software. When we talk about innovation, we cover topics such as strategy, processes, marketing, resources, human talent, knowledge, attitudes and behaviors.
On the other hand, when we talk about technology, we do not mean only information systems that allow us to maintain, monitor, or improve management in organizations. We refer to the applicable practices or forms of knowledge.
