Scorecard for institutions of higher education of Bolivar- Colombia

This study aimed to design a Balanced Scorecard for Higher Education Institutions to enable them to align Bolivar training strategy and have a tool to measure and control that make more sustainable use of the opportunities afforded them by the environment and support growth and harmonious development of the Department of Bolívar and its citizens.
For its design took into account environmental conditions, challenges, national development plans, provincial and district levels, the internal characteristics of the IES as input when constructing the scorecard for these.
