Today companies are looking for tools and strategies to increase their competitiveness and to be preferred to possess competitive advantages, one of these tools is what John Gattorna called dynamic supply chain alignment, to signal that companies must ensure their customer relationships and suppliers, under the assumption that this competition is not between company vs company, but between business networks vs. business networks
The "Dynamic Supply Chain Alignment, then, is the integration of four efforts, is conventionally made by companies, individually, these are:
- Knowledge of the Market
- The development of cultural competence (organization)
- The development of customer responsiveness
- The leadership style
The work was to propose the application of this tool to cluster the logistic companies
Cartagena to help increase their competitiveness.
