Forensic audit as a tool for help in the detection of acts of corruption in public sector companies of Cartagena city

Forensic Audit is defined as an "audit specialist to discover, disclose and testify about fraud and crime in the development of public and private functions, is and open a wide field of space research, which go beyond the mere finding of fraud and crime. "Seeks to determine whether the application of the forensic audit into the process control system, inspection and investigation conducted by the Comptroller General of the Republic, can detect and prevent corruption in the public sector of the city of Cartagena.
