Historic environmental of Cartagena city overshadowed by comercial visual pollution

Increasingly, people of big cities are living exposed the visual pollution caused by the ads, which is proliferating at high speed, due to the commercial boom and consumer culture in which new generations of humans have fallen.
Currently, the global situation and the globalization have forced organizations to carry out further research and development of new marketing strategies and innovation advertising, with the purpose of attracting more and more new customers and be able to penetrate new markets.
This reflexive paper deals with the problems of the visual pollution in the historic center of Cartagena city, its impact with the tourist environment, and its effect on the quality of life of the resident citizens and visitors, taking into account the legislation in this area and its applicability in according with the requirements established for designated cities Humanity's Cultural and tourist patrimony.
