Impact of the benefits of mipymes in the survival of Cartagena Historical Center microenterprises

This article is based on the Law Mipymes and benefits that were established after the creation of the various laws that promote the creation of agencies and programs for individual employer business ideas and / or strengthening of existing enterprises. This is why establishing the knowledge and use of these benefits by the Mipymes, through the survey is carried out micro historic center of the city of Cartagena. But preliminary results indicate that the rules are scattered and little or distributed and do not reach the entrepreneurs so that they make use of these benefits in addition to being somewhat confused in many cases.
