Analysis of the socioeconomic impact for the effect of covid19 on businesses in the services sector of the city of Pasto (Nariño)

The objective is to analyze the socioeconomic impact of the effect of Covid 19 in the micro and small companies of the service sector of the city of Pasto, for this the direct and indirect effects that the pandemic has had on the economic activity that develops the Business. The research framed in the positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, analytical empirical method, descriptive-analytical type of research, a sample of 150 service companies was taken to whom a survey was applied. As results it was obtained that 60% of the entrepreneurs affirm that the future is uncertain regarding the situation of the coronavirus towards business, because they had to reinvent themselves and adapt to the new reality to survive in some way, on the other hand 60% of the businessmen consider that the economic uncertainty worries them above all with the prices so high in the market, that is why companies require financial stability so that in times of crisis they can survive. As conclusions, some businessmen recognize that work in their companies can no longer develop normally, many continue to work, but with the restrictions imposed. Opinions are found about technology was an enemy in economic activity, it may be because there are many empirical entrepreneurs who cannot apply them, however, technological means had a great boom allowing companies to reinvest.
