Marketing metrics: a case study of a sporting goods trading company

The purpose of the research is to analyze the performance of marketing metrics focused on the analysis of customer behavior of a company that sells sporting goods online, it can be stated that the research is qualitative, interpretive paradigm and deductive method. The main conclusion can be indicated that the company analyzed in the study is well positioned in search engines which is consistent with the view indicator observed in graph 3, this being the main strength generated by the marketing strategy implemented. With regard to social networks, it is necessary for the company to adjust its strategy, since this medium is one of the most efficient for attracting new clients and projecting the brand in international markets.
