The accelerated growth of agro-industries in developing countries also presents risks in terms of equity, sustainability and inclusion, in this context agro-industrial strategies emerge as an opportunity. The objective of the research is to analyze the scientific production on the implementation of agro-industrial strategies for the achievement of productive linkages. The research paradigm is quantitative, based on a descriptive - retrospective approach, through a bibliometric study in the period 1998 - 2023, without language restriction. A total of 45 research studies were collected. The behavior of the publications was heterogeneous during the period, but with an increasing trend. Research articles were the most representative with 28 documents, representing 62.22 % of the total. The area of agricultural and biological sciences was the most representative with 19 research papers. The most representative country was Brazil with 11 research papers, and the most representative institutional affiliation was the Universidade de São Paulo with three research papers. Four main clusters were identified around agro-industrial strategies and their impact on sustainability and the development of green strategies through the integration of the circular economy philosophy.
