The main objective of this work is to describe the behavior of entrepreneurs of cultural and creative enterprises in the Department of Meta regarding the management of their business models in order to make them more competitive. This is a qualitative narrative study and its findings were obtained from the use of the Atlas Ti platform, specifically through the analysis of Pearson correlations for aspects related to dynamic competencies. Among the most important findings, there is a strong correlation between discussion and innovation spaces and their correlation with the management of business models, however, these are short term, and provide a temporary competitiveness that can be easily imitated by the competition.
