A descriptive methodology was used with a survey form as an instrument, answered by a population sample of 29 project formulators, the query was made through Google Forms, complemented with documentary analysis and study of the competition rules in projects, validated by the sectoral table of marketing and research of the National Learning Service SENA. The results showed the high demands for the formulators of agricultural projects, in terms of the skills that the actors in Boyacá have, it was obtained that they were the techniques, followed by the contextual ones with deficiencies in the articulation of the institutions and with a minimum performance in behavioral skills such as leadership, teamwork and communication.
