Abstract

This research project aims to analyze the factors of change in the construction company with social isolation in the processes of design, planning, construction of urban housing projects. This research proposes a qualitative methodology, the investigative process will be flexible and takes place between the events and their interpretation, between the answers and the development of their scope, with the purpose of "reconstructing" reality as observed by the actors of a previously defined social system. Whose Result reflects the Impact on the processes of comprehensive project management in stages 1) preliminary, 2) pre-contractual, 3) contractual and 4) post-contractual, It is concluded that the impact of the pandemic on construction projects was affected in the administrative part more than economic in the works given that the administrative efforts had to be doubled, from its perfection of surveillance this forces us to be more creative and have initiatives so as not to suffer a paralysis in the processes.
