Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) as a strategic model in the management of conflicts in organizations

Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) represents a strategic model that dynamizes the performance of man, considering the structure of his perception, attitude and mind, this is how this article alludes to the analysis of neurolinguistic programming (NLP) as a strategic model in management of conflicts in organizations; supported by the interpretation of the theories of Bandler and Grinder (2002); O´ Conner and Seymor (2001) Kiniki and Kreitner (2003) Hellriegel (2004) among others; Methodologically it was characterized as a descriptive and documentary research, bibliographic design with the review of secondary sources. In conclusion, it is explained that at present neurolinguistic programming as a strategic model in business management constitutes a support to mitigate the effects in the management of both individual and group conflicts that arise within companies, contributing to the integration between the forces labor, to guarantee the success of the companies leading to a coexistence environment.
