Soya's model in Argentina: a multidimensional agrarian view

The present paper identifies the structural change, trough neoliberal policies, lived by the Latin American agrarian sector in function or the external debt crisis.
By a critical synthesis the Argentinian case and it’s “miraculous exit” of the crisis: the transgenic soya, was taken as a reference. The negative consequences of this agricultural industry arise on the country and their relation with the feeding sovereignty were analyzed. It concluded making emphasis on the public policy need for the rural sector, joined by a state capable of coordinate relations between local and global structure on his agrarian development.
