The present investigation of descriptive-analytical type that is developed in a company located in the city of Cartagena, addresses the need to carry out a study of organizational climate measurement that allows to analyze the dimensions such as leadership, interpersonal relationships, motivation, cooperation, control , decision making, and the main weaknesses that arise in the organization with regard to the organizational climate, taking into consideration that this component represents a fundamental element that enables the adequate management of human talent in organizations.
