Entrepreneurial intention has been studied in different models and contexts. However, Ajzen model is the most extensively used. According to Ajzen individuals start businesses according to a planned behavior in early stages and other elements such as: attitudes, subjective norms and perceived control. In this sense, this research focuses on identifying and analyzing the elements of the entrepreneurial intention of students in grades 10 and 11 from schools at Bogotá, Colombia. The results indicate that these students have entrepreneurial intention, however, students perceive that their desirability is diminished by environmental barriers to start new companies.
