The social responsibility of a mining company. The case of Inca Minerals in the San Damián district

For the World Bank, in a comprehensive approach to environmental sustainability indicates: "Sustainable development recognizes that growth must be inclusive and at the same time environmentally wise in order to reduce poverty and generate prosperity, both for those who currently live on the planet on the present, as well as for future generations…." (World Bank, 2015)
This indicates that the commitment of companies or organizations is to promote responsible sustainability with employees, families and community in general. Social responsibility initiatives must positively impact behavior, people’s progress, development of society and the environment.
All social responsibility content is focused on the prevention of possible social conflicts with communities, working in a committed way by the inhabitants, with brief communication strategies and information channels oriented to coherent and understandable speeches, in the preventive framework and the strengthening the positive impacts that are generated with the presence of the company in the area.
