This article can meet and sustain the level of intervention in the CURN is encouraged to achieve academic success, corporate identity, and so articulate, integrate and reconcile between different strategies for training of the student. This is achieved through the development of training processes and the implementation of appropriate intervention strategies at each stage of the student in the institution cycle, from admission to graduation. Therefore and in order to support the retention and student graduation, CURN presents the educational community a Program Accompanying Permanence and Retention and Student Graduation "Papre" providing strategies, actions and tools that guide the institution the implementation of a management model student retention and graduation efficient, framed in improving the quality of our Corporation.
