Abstract

Quality accreditation although it is optional for higher education, except for some disciplinary programs such as a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, has become an imperative in recent years. Therefore, to the extent that university centers implement processes certified in quality there is a greater propensity for academic competitiveness, hand in hand with economic benefits. This has become the institutional engine of the Rafael Núñez University Corporation as an instrument of insurability of internal processes with an impact on the external sector, through the insertion of the Quality institutional system - Agreement No. 09 August 18, 2015. In that In this sense, the strategic, mission, support and evaluation and quality accreditation processes are called to combine in high quality indices, which are not isolated processes but articulated from their human actors towards the achievement of a culture of excellence or quality called quality.
