Desarrollo Humano en Colombia. Un análisis con perspectiva social.

Abstract

Human Development is an integral concept, in the sense that it is the result of a complex process that incorporates factors of a social, economic, demographic, political, environmental and cultural nature, in which the different actors and actors participate in an active and committed way. social scenarios; it is the product of social wills and co-responsibilities that is supported on four fundamental pillars: productivity (participation of people in the productive process), equity (equal opportunities for all sectors and human groups), sustainability (preserve, for the present as for the future, free and complete access to opportunities) and empowerment (means that people are able to exercise the choice of their opportunities for themselves).
