This research presents the modeling of an instructional design to enhance the learning of the deaf, within the framework of the subproject "Model for the production of educational digital contents for the deaf", attached to the national program "Pedagogical, didactic and technological architecture for training Of teachers in and for diversity "financed by Colciencias under contract 546-2014. We traced the existing instructional models, were characterized and analyzed by their nature and components, as support for the structuring of the resulting cognitive instructional model.
