Bullying is a worrying social problem throughout the world. According to research and according to the human rights commission, violence is what affects the pedagogical process in schools and this can range from bullying to serious problems in children and adolescents. This problem is not a game for children, preventing the freedom to be or to act as they are, excluding them from healthy activities and according to their age. Specialists in the subject point out that the way people are treated in their childhood or context where they are raised strongly affects the way they relate to each other in different contexts. The above mentioned allowed to propose as objective, implement psychopedagogical strategy for the prevention of bullying in the first grade of the Educational Institution City of Tunja. The methodological design is qualitative approach and the type Research action. The findings show that school bullying as such does not exist, but, if the nickname is much evident, kicks and shouts, but are not repetitively towards the same child, they are always called attention so that it is not consecutive, nor become Bullying and remains only as a school conflict, where there is no manifestation of intention to cause harm to his partner.
