In the framework of the international project ACACIA, Empodera package, this proposal is presented that should guide the generation training of technological adaptations. The idea of achieving an education for all, makes the preparation of teachers indispensable to be able to respond with quality to the challenges demanded by inclusive education. The proposal contemplates two dimensions; the first one dedicated to the analysis of the changes that are taking place in the universities due to the entrance of populations that break with the traditional profile of the students, and leads to consider structural changes in the missionary principles as well as in the social and academic commitment. The second, in perspective of inter culturality, diversity and difference, exposes the relationship between education and technology, to situate access to information and construction of knowledge during the teaching-learning process, especially of deaf and visually impaired students, who require adaptations such as subtitling and interpretation and audio description. It is essential that HEIs advance in the consolidation of an inclusive thought that impacts the collective conscience and allows both the transformation in the academic and organizational structure and the empowerment in the generation of required adaptations, according to the condition and situation of the students, within the framework of the subject equation, context-culture.
