Labor Impact of the Graduates of the Bachelor's Program in Child Pedagogy of the Rafael Núñez University Corporation (2010-2017)

Abstract

This research work is a complement to other institutional studies carried out at the Corporación Universitaria Rafael Núñez, with the aim of obtaining continuous improvement, providing better educational quality to the entire Nuñista community through feedback received from the working environment. This study shows the social, employment and economic position of the graduates of the Corporation's Children's Pedagogy Degree program from 2010 to 2017. The general objective of this work analyzed the labor impact of the Graduates of the Degree professional program. A quantitative research of a descriptive type was made, for which a survey was applied as a questionnaire with 24 questions. It was possible to characterize the graduates: most of the graduates surveyed live in Colombia, on the other hand more than 80% continued with their academic training, 84% are currently working and do so in the educational field.
