Abstract

This paper is framed within the ACACIA Project, co-financed by the Erasmus + Program of the European Union. In this context, it is article, from one of the modules of the Project (APOYA), the formation, information and dissemination throughout the academic community of guidelines that allow promoting in the university community the respect, recognition and appreciation of interculturality and diversity. This work is developed seeking to improve the conditions of emotional health and well-being of the members of the educational community of the universities, and in this way reduce the risks of exclusion, both social and higher education system, the above through work Collaborative teams from 13 universities in Latin America and one from Romania for the construction of guides and campaigns to define action strategies for dealing with students in situations that can lead to exclusion, such as differential capabilities, sexual diversity, violence of gender, cultural diversity, drug addiction, religious diversity, intrafamily violence. Results are presented, although the project is ongoing, which refer to the structure and purpose of educational content in the form of guides for the university community that include affectivity, emotional states, tolerance and diversity to be applied in environments of higher education.
