The research called: Towards the construction of the Educational Institutional Project of the Maralú Educational Institute, was carried out taking into account the needs of the population in which it is immersed.
In the document, there is an approach to the problem that starts with the concept of Institutional Educational Project (PEI) and its main characteristics in order to show the situation found on the lack of the IEP in the institution and the importance of its design so that it is comprehensive and responds to the needs and characteristics of it. Subsequently, the background is presented where a review of different degree projects was carried out to delimit the research and action fields of the same. Following this, the justification is found supporting the reasons why this project is necessary and the importance of the design of the IEP in the institution. Next, the objectives are defined, where the purposes to be achieved are addressed in a way that contributes to solving the initial problem. Subsequently, in the frame of reference, the theory that frames the project is developed; this in turn is made up of the legal framework, conceptual framework and institutional framework. In order to approach the methodology in which, it is based on conceptual assumptions that allow us to understand the type of research, the types of methodological designs and the techniques for gathering information used in this project, then present the findings and analyze the information. Subsequently, the conclusions, references and annexes are presented.
