Artificial intelligence and its impact on human rights

The relationship between artificial intelligence and human rights is a central issue in the problems of ethics and the impact of technology in society today, so significant challenges arise that are related to the protection of human rights, since the inappropriate or unregulated use of artificial intelligence can generate discrimination, exclusion and violation of them, that said, the objective of this article is to know how artificial intelligence has developed in relation to human rights and what impact has arisen because of this new digital tool, thus using the analysis method, the relationship of AI with human rights is known, one of the main conclusions of this work is that it is necessary to guarantee the ethical and responsible use of AI, through regulatory frameworks to protect human rights.
