Equal marriage, a perspective from human rights in the city of Chilpancingo Guerrero, Mexico

Abstract

The study of human rights will always be of the utmost importance and more so in a society that from the legal field needs greater interpretation and that leaves aside social imposition, which is why the general objective of the research is based on in analyzing equal marriage, with a perspective from human rights in the city of Chilpancingo-Guerrero and three specific objectives addressed in the introduction, in fact the results show that Regardless of the sexual orientation of each individual, no one has the right to discriminate in based on sex, since they impede progress towards a just and inclusive society.

The innovation of the methodological process was to have the analysis from two aspects, these being in legal matters and social work, however, the study uses a qualitative approach, using interviews and closed-type surveys as data collection techniques, which helped with the development of field work, all this linked to the historical hermeneutic paradigm, under the inductive method. Which is justified by wanting to see from a holistic view the importance of human rights in the face of the lack of streamlining in legal matters in the case of same-sex marriage, in the country of Mexico, specifically in the city under study. Finally, human rights are a list of parameters aimed at safeguarding the essence of people in order to improve life and society.
