Abstract

The objective of this investigation was to define strategies that allow to stimulate the quality of life of the administrative employees of effective form with the purpose of improving the labor performance in the Public Universities. Regarding the methodology, it was defined as quantitative due to the manipulation of measurable data, which allowed to perform the process with greater precision; in addition, the population was made up of the deans and coordinators of the totality of public university institutions of higher education in Colombia (32), where convenience sampling was applied because it was easy to make a direct selection of the subjects of the sample. As results it was obtained strategies that contribute to improving the quality of life of employees as the implementation of care, recreational and cultural days.
