The endorsements in power of attorney and the powers of a representative with representation to collect the judicial title

Abstract

The objective of the present article of reflection is to carry out a doctrinal analysis on the endorsements in power of attorney and the powers of an agent with representation to collect the judicial title, taking as reference the Colombian Code of Commerce in its Title III of the securities, in the That establishes the necessary that these documents are to legitimize the exercise of the literal and autonomous right that they are incorporated in them. It will also be stated that the bill of exchange becomes a tool of evidential nature, constitutive and presentation device, required and feneracity.
