Regulation of fintech financial: technological innovation in the colombian banking industry: challenges and opportunities

The regulation in terms of financial innovation reaches its most important levels in Colombia, the different inspection and control agencies have carried out relevant steps that help to empower it and obtain more tools to preserve the management of financial risks, each time plus the use of technology increases by leaps and bounds and the way in which these mechanisms should operate are essential to preserve organizations. Among the elements for innovation, especially in the financial system, the challenge of banking must have business models that take into account definitions of value for customers and for organizations, in this way it is necessary to value their experiences and their culture. at a financial and digital level, as well as their different consumption habits and that this generation of value is directly proportional to the different activities and operations according to their organized economic activities of which the control of resources is predicated, it is important that the various processes are incorporated into risk and value generation models in financial institutions.Among the most important objectives are the strategies that this research will outline, which brings together components of qualitative, descriptive, analytical and exploratory research that will help connect with the different recommendations that every organization must implement and that the country at a general level must apply to preserve the liquidity and solvency of its economy. The general objective of this article is to complement some strategies that technological financial innovation in our country implies in order to maximize the productivity of organizations and their profitability.
