Training, education and training in entrepreneurship in times of pandemic by Covid-19

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know how higher education institutions have been able to respond to the challenges and challenges demanded today by training bets on business creation and entrepreneurship in this new remote virtual era imposed by the pandemic. A systematic literature review study was conducted considering the scientific database Scopus. To select the scientific papers related to the research topic, a first search was carried out that yielded a total of 35 articles found for the last two years 2020-2021 of validity of the pandemic. A second filtration process made it easier to reduce to 8 final articles, given the application of exclusion criteria. The analysis of theoretical and empirical research showed that, the unexpected crisis of the Covid-19 pandemic, has unexpectedly driven major urgent changes in the digital methods and technologies used for learning and maximize the underlying advantages of remote virtual education. It is concluded that the health crisis allows the creation of opportunities to rethink the role of business trainers to generate solutions to the pandemic.
