Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The petition has not been previously published, nor has been submitted to another journal (or has provided an explanation in Comments to the Editor).
The file is sent in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word format.
- Web addresses have been added to the references where possible.
- The text is single-spaced; the font size is 12 points; Times New Rome italics is used instead of underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures and tables are placed within the text in their proper place and not at the end of everything.
- If it is being submitted to a section of the journal which is revised by peers, you have to make sure that the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
- The text meets the style and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines(s), which can be found in About the Journal.

Authors who publish in this journal agree to the following terms:
a.
