El vínculo entre la responsabilidad y compromiso: aportes a la gestión y dirección de empresas

El compromiso afectivo de los miembros de una compañía suele verse influenciado por el nivel de profundización de las acciones socialmente responsables llevadas a cabo a nivel organizacional. El presente trabajo reúne las contribuciones integralmente derivadas del estudio cuantitativo de dicho vínculo causal. Lo hace desde una perspectiva práctica en gestión y dirección de empresas. En ese sentido, se parte de un proceso preliminar de revisión semi-sistemática y cribado cualitativo, que recopila las conclusiones de trabajos relevantes en la literatura académica con respecto a la relación entre responsabilidad social corporativa e identificación de los empleados con su compañía. El trabajo confluye en un conjunto de iniciativas útiles para enriquecer integralmente el rol gerencial, con el ánimo de cultivar dicha relación. De esta manera, el trabajo logra un aprovechamiento de las conclusiones académicas relevantes en el área de estudio particular, y las pone a disposición de la práctica en gestión y dirección de empresas.
