Acoso laboral: una revisión bibliográfica de literatura

Resumo

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo proporcionar una revisión bibliográfica de literatura, donde se relaciona el desarrollo histórico de la investigación sobre acoso laboral durante el periodo 2000 a agosto de 2021 obteniendo 19599 publicaciones de las cuales se seleccionaron y analizaron 54 documentos publicados en la base de datos Scopus sobre la temática estudiada. La metodología utilizada incorporó el enfoque cualitativo de tipo revisión bibliográfica. Los resultados proporcionan un análisis estadístico que refleja la producción científica del periodo estudiado, además se identificaron los principales países, autores, instituciones, revistas y áreas temáticas donde se desarrollan dichos estudios, en el análisis de los documentos seleccionados se determinó que el acoso laboral genera problemas psicológicos y de salud en los trabajadores, también se identificó que las mujeres padecen más este flagelo, y se da con mayor frecuencia en el ámbito académico, salud, y en organizaciones públicas, además se relacionan estudios sobre el ámbito ético y normativo, y el rol que cumple el liderazgo en la mitigación y prevención del acoso laboral.  Finalmente se concluye que el estudio de acoso laboral se ha incrementado en los últimos años, y que se da con mayor frecuencia en los empleados de género femenino.
