The Youth Action PJeA-Program is a support mechanism for young students of higher education, which runs through delivery of three economic subsidies to students so that they can cope with the economic burden of the educational process. At Amazonas University, it runs from 2014 to 2223 benefiting young people. To date, the direct results of the program are unknown in terms of compliance with the operation thereof, in relation to the procedures, resources and time required for each stage of the process. This research aimed precisely to make an evaluative approach to the process, the operation of PJeA same. It tooks place at the University of the Amazon in Florence Caqueta, between the months of August to November 2015. In this case, from quantitative techniques lifting the information was made through application-file tonnage surveys. Among the most important results it was found that according to the perception of the beneficiaries of PJeA, the program has been efficient in execution times and response especially on the issue of temporary suspension. The issue of the organization of time of students, reflected in non-compliance with paydays, delivery of stationery to late or on time and little flexibility in changing expired documents are the most frequent reasons the delay in finalizing stages of suspensions.
