The methodology was typified qualitatively and applied, with research-action design and a practical approach, where the Web 2.0 Knowledge Management (W2KM) methodology was applied to develop the management information system. As a result, it was obtained that visitors attend the church mainly for reasons of restoration, spiritual need, spiritual healing, mental healing, loneliness, physical healing and drug addiction. It was concluded that the development of the management information system facilitates strategic decision making that strengthens and optimizes the business processes of the Christian organization and improves the fulfillment of its objectives as a church.
