Analysis of emotional salary practices that retain staff, case: service company of the city of Quito

Abstract

The document has an objective to analyze some practice of emotional salary that generate loyalty in staff, taking as a case study a service company from Quito in Ecuador, where the methodological  desing  started  from  a  documentary  study  to  depeen  understanding of  thevariables of interest.   Prior to the gathering of information, a questionnaire was designed based on theoretical review, validating this instrument with the Crombach factor that allowed the use of a field methodology for its application, using simple random sampling and for convenience. The data collected was processed through Pearson's correlational analysis in the SPSS software, allowing the descriptive method to identify emotional salary factors that have a positive relationship with staff loyalty.

The results of the study allow, from a practical approach, to have a better focus on human talent practices that generate a favorable effect on the loyalty of personnel, favoring a better use and destination of company resources; being, from a scientific theoretical approach, support for new research that allows us to see the behavior of these variables in companies of other activities and belonging to other cultural environments.
