Habilidades gerenciales en la gestión administrativa de las instituciones educativas: un análisis bibliométrico

Se presenta un análisis cienciométrico que gravita en torno a las habilidades gerenciales en la gestión administrativa de las instituciones educativas, con una búsqueda comprendida en tres partes, la primera con las palabras claves “educational management”, “education management” y “educational institutions” que permitió encontrar un total de 868 trabajos de los años 1972 a 2023; la segunda, con los términos “management skills”, “administrative powers”, “managerial skills” y “educational institutions” con los cuales se recuperaron 698 documentos; y la tercera con “management skills”, “administrative powers”, “managerial skills”, “educational management” y “education management”, con la cual se obtuvieron solo 21 resultados. La exploración de la información se realizó utilizando las bases de datos de índices Scopus, aplicando estrategias de búsquedas como la utilización de operadores lógicos y filtros por idiomas y áreas del conocimiento afines, que permitieron encontrar los resultados mencionados anteriormente. De esta forma, fueron descargados tres archivos en formato csv, los cuales fueron procesados mediante el paquete Bibliometrix del programa estadístico R. Los resultados de la primera parte muestran, que la producción científica a nivel mundial presenta una tendencia alcista a partir del año 2000, siendo el 2019 el más productivo con 87 trabajos publicados. Por otra parte, los autores Alfirevic N y Relja R resultaron ser los más relevantes y la revista de más aporte fue International Journal of Educational Management. En el caso de la segunda temática, los resultados indican que la producción de trabajos investigativos por años también muestra una tendencia alcista, siendo el 2022 el de más contribuciones con 49 documentos publicados. El autor Dagli G resultó ser el más relevante y la revista de más aporte fue Journal of Dental Education. Por último, en relación a la última búsqueda, se evidenció que el tema investigado es poco explorado, ya que la producción por año es muy baja, resaltando 2021 con 4 aportes. Los autores encontrados en la búsqueda publicaron máximo un trabajo, mientras que la revista International Journal of Educational Management se destacó con 2 aportes y, finalmente, la institución Near East University fue la más sobresaliente con 6 trabajos publicados.
